Automatic Web Site Builder
Our Policy - We do not charge your card until 60 days after you have signed up and have your domain name online.  If you love this product, and we know you will, we will send you an email asking to authorize the charge.  We do not automatically charge your card without your emailed permission.  We want to be sure you are satisfied or there is no charge.

Domain Names
There will be no refund for domain names applied for and paid for use in building a website.  Domain names are registered in the name of the customer and remain the IP of the customer.  Thorough Solutions, Inc. is not a party to the ownership or responsibility of domain names other than a technical or billing contact.
Web Design:
For those customers that have hired Thorough Solutions, Inc.to build their web site on a contract basis, Thorough Solutions, Inc. will refund 100% of all deposits paid in the event the web site design is not completed in accordance with the agreed schedule.
 
Web Hosting:
The customer must notify Thorough Solutions, Inc. of its intention to cancel within 30 days after the first of the month. Once cancelled Thorough Solutions, Inc. shall refund at its option a check payable to the customer or a credit to the credit card used for the transaction. The refund shall consist of any unused hosting fees if they were paid in advance (advanced payments are made to take advantage of pre-paid discounts).  Such refund shall take place in 48 hours or less of termination of hosting.
